What is the Aspiring Hesburgh Women of Impact (AHWOI)?
The AHWOI is a fellowship of recent female graduates of Notre Dame aimed at cultivating female leaders who commit to advancing the University’s mission of being a force for good in the world. This May, for the third year, we will invite a cohort of approximately 25 young women to join the Hesburgh Women of Impact weekend. They will also have an opportunity to participate in sessions designed specifically for their formation as early career leaders and be partnered with mentor. Our hope is that this group of women leave the weekend feeling empowered and inspired to lead in a way that animates our University’s mission as people for others.
