Born in Haiti, Gaelle W. Colas, Esq. immigrated to the United States, the place she now calls her home, at the tender age of 6. Gaelle grew up in the agricultural town of Immokalee, Florida. After graduating as valedictorian of her high school, Ms. Colas went to attend Duke University on a scholarship and later Notre Dame Law ('17) School. Upon graduation from high school, Gaelle returned to her small town to work as a public interest law fellow. For the past 6 years, she has worked as a civil and human rights attorney for Florida’s farmworkers. A leader by nature, Gaelle has aspirations to lead on the bench as a judge.
