Kendyl Pettit is a first-year MBA candidate at Harvard Business School, focusing on social impact, financing strategies for social enterprises, and responsible technology. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame with a degree in Computer Science, she was actively involved in Engineers Without Borders, the Society of Women Engineers, and the French Club. She also competed for the Notre Dame cycling and Nordic ski teams. While at Notre Dame, she founded Eventurely, a startup aimed at improving student engagement and inclusivity on campus and played a key role in launching St. Bakhita’s Vocational Training Center in Uganda under Professor Wendy Angst’s guidance. She continues to support the center’s growth, helping to build sustainable programs that empower women through vocational and entrepreneurial training. Prior to HBS, she worked as a Program Manager at Microsoft, leading strategic initiatives in Generative AI, Industrial Metaverse, and Responsible AI, while also spearheading philanthropic efforts supporting innovation. Kendyl remains engaged with the Notre Dame community through mentorship and partnerships and enjoys cycling, kiteboarding, LEGO, and reading in her free time.
