Reese Sanders ‘26

Reese Sanders is a standout student-athlete and social media influencer who has made strides both on and off the track.

As a freshman, she won the 400m hurdles at four outdoor meets and placed in the top ten in the pentathlon at the ACC Indoor Championships. She built on that momentum as a sophomore in 2023–24, cementing her status as one of Notre Dame’s top multi-event athletes. Reese competed in the 400m hurdles at the first round of the 2024 NCAA Tournament, placed sixth at the ACC Outdoor Championships with the fifth-fastest time in program history (58.84), and recorded multiple personal bests throughout the season. A key contributor to the 4×400 relay team, she also earned academic recognition on the 2024 All-ACC Indoor Academic Team and the 2023 All-ACC Indoor and Outdoor Academic Teams.

Before arriving at Notre Dame, Reese was a standout high school athlete, winning four Indiana state titles, being named City Athlete of the Year, and finishing as the Pentathlon National Runner-Up at the New Balance Championships.

Outside of athletics, Reese is the host of The Golden Ticket Podcast and has built a large, engaged following on Instagram, where she shares insights on sports, style, wellness, and her student-athlete journey. Her influence and authenticity have led to a series of successful NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) deals, establishing her as a rising star in the somewhat new world of collegiate sports and marketing.
