Emma has been an active contributor to The Observer, covering a range of topics from academic events to film reviews. Notably, she reported on a lecture by Harvard professor Steven Levitsky about threats to American democracy and reviewed the film adaptation of The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes, providing insights into its relevance to the Hunger Games series.

In addition to her journalistic endeavors, Emma gained professional experience through internships at the U.S. Attorney’s Office, the Senate Majority Leader’s National Press Office, and K&L Gates. Upon graduation Emma will be working FTI Consulting, a global business advisory firm.  Her diverse academic background and practical experiences reflect her dedication to understanding and engaging with complex political and social issues.
